Last weekend, I wrote and uploaded a blog post from start to finish in 22 minutes thanks to creating using a #5for5BrainDump method.
I even did a snap story to "tell the tale" - Snap Chat, by the way, is a fun practice for writers anyway, to explore visual narrative and character development in a surprisingly effective manner too. If you are on Snap Chat, I hope you'll follow me - below my bio on this post you'll see where to do that.
I wouldn't feel complete if I didn't link to the blog post I created:
Oh - that twenty minutes included finding and editing this crazy-fun photo. Click it to open a window to the blog post.
We start our next round of the original 5 Day Challenge of #5for5BrainDump - 5 minutes of writing a day for 5 consecutive days - on MONDAY, October 24, 2016.
To mark your calendar and take steps to follow live on Periscope. visit this page (which, by the way, was written in 5 days!)
If you are ready to burst through blocks, barriers and disempowering beliefs, join us this week for the #5for5BrainDump Challenge -

Are you on SnapChat?
I am to provide value for folks there mostly about writing, art and life coaching. I do my best to NEVER be boring because we know that's the worst thing for an artist to do.
To follow me here is my..... SnapCode? Is that what it is called?
