Five for Five Brain Dump (known primarily as #5fo5BrainDump on Twitter, Instagram & Periscope) is an instigator of awareness, connection and words, splashed on pages.
On the day I posted this, I wrote quite a bit after our first session at 6 am.

Because I am holding space during the sessions, I can't write then... and I can create afterwards.
