Today's SITS Girls Summer Slump Challenge has a focus on creating a Summer Bucket List. Taking a deep breath... and the start of my rough draft begins.... below.
The idea of just cranking out a Summer Bucket list in a short amount of time is one of those “How on earth could I do that?” sorts of things for me. The irony is, if I didn’t just sit down and write it, I would live out the summer without having a list and if I didn’t have a list I would be more likely to aimlessly careen through my summer and be a lot less satisfied than if I had taken the time to scribe one via SITS Summer Slump Challenge.
#1 on my list: Write fewer run-on sentences.
I have a couple serious road trips and a smaller one this weekend on my list of “to-dos” for the summer, so the first task was to separate those out and open the thought door to what I really want to have happen on those travel adventures.
I also have categories of home improvement, about-town and my life work as well.
This is just a rough draft AND I plan to work on this more throughout the next couple days with the intention of having a completed Summer+ bucket list by early next week.
