I have been busily creating since Art Every Day Month has been over, but I certainly have kept to myself about it!
I felt, therefore, that posting today is absolutely essential AND I want to reconnect with those of you I became friends with during that magical annual event.
I have been creating art from bricks I salvaged from a building built in 1912 and demolished in 2013. I love researching history and using what I find in history to create new art, both for the simple joy but also to send a message. To the right is one of those pieces.

I have also loved book sculpture since art every day month. Here are two I have created recently. This first one was taken at the site of the demolition. The second was taken at the Panorama bluffs near my home. I find sometimes the process of remembering my art in an actual context outside the place I worked on it makes it even more fun for me.
What have you been creating lately? I look forward to visiting, commenting and enjoying the heck out of all our collective art processes!
