It is Thursday, I think, and I woke up cranky and it seems as if with every step I get crankier.
It isn’t anyone’s fault, it simply is.
Coffee doesn’t even taste good today.
It is one of those days I might take a swing at any of my life coaching friends who try to “create a shift” in me with me for me.
It is one of those days I would rather pull a blanket over my head and sleep than drive my car anywhere.
It is one of those days where every movement I make takes much more effort than it should.
Just wanted to let you know that when you have a day where you feel your cranky mode increasing consistently, you are not alone.
You don’t need to “shift out of it” immediately.
The permission is there for you to claim.
One exciting thing is I wrote my poem for 365poems bright and early. I enjoy its brevity AND the fact I think it is completely relatable.
all that can
or will be said
is I am glad
yesterday is over
and so far,
this day more
then sort of
sucks, too
I’m off to drink more water and jump in the shower. I’m so glad you are reading and not condemning me for being in exactly the mood I am in.
It might surprise you to know that very fact brings a smile to my face.
