My friend, Jen Louden, has this place called the Savor and Serve Cafe. I am a member of the cafe. She gave an assignment the other day that made me both nauseas and yet called me to task.
This blog post is my response.
Normally I would suggest you stop reading right here, but I actually think this exercise was helpful on several levels.
1. It made me face the positive things people have reported to me about me.
2. It made me stretch beyond what I would normally report about myself to anyone, especially so openly (and vulnerably, with comments still enabled!)
3. I think you would find some value in completing this exercise.
I am calling it

14 of these entries were actually received from the women of VDay 2011 Community Campaign, Bakersfield. To all you women who were a part of that experience, Thank You! I hope you kept your list, too.
