Last week I declared my weekly intention "Create Space" and immediately, it appeared. Almost everywhere - and in the places it wasn't, yet, I used "Create space" as a mantra and wow, did it ever have a monumentous (mostly positive) impact upon my life. I walked a labyrinth, I let go of a project that wasn't working, I wrote, wrote, wrote, I did some chores I had been putting off and cleared my physical space... it was beyond words fabulous.
This week, I woke up with "Flow" in my heart and the intention of "Celebrating Flow" being the container for the week... that is, if I was ridiculous enough to believe flow can ever be contained!
There is the joy in this as an intention ~ flow is fluid. It is much more powerful than I and even thinking I "came up with" celebrating flow as an intention makes me laugh with myself! I started off my morning pages writing randomly and loosely about flow and after settling into my routine, I wrote flow a love note:
Dear Flow,
Today I am invoking you. I laugh aloud at the ridiculousness of the presumptious tone in that declaration. It is more like you invoke me, you flood me with energy and surge through me, inviting me into you. I dip my toe in, trust and let go and together - together.... creativity happens... when I realize it is the flow invoking me.
With Passionate Gratitude,
Julie

I even mapped out several daily intentions for Monday through Friday with the weekend being a complete Flow Festival. :-)
Monday:
Invoking Flow
Tuesday:
Into the Flow
Wednesday:
Flow Growth
Thursday:
Flow Zone
Friday: Celebrating Flow (via Passion Activator Friday)
I made a Flow Board... just with the word "FLOW" for now and I intend to spend some time early each day with the Flow Board as I come to know flow more intimately.
Thank you, so much, Andrea, for showing up each week with YOUR weekly intention which invites me (and so many others!) to do the same.
May the Flow energy be present for each and all who intend for love, abundance, connection and peace.
