I have been getting some very heartfelt responses to my posts about my Labyrinth experiences this week. There are more parts of the story ~ it is just slow to unfold, to integrate.
Later on that same day I did a little experiment involving my latest future-poetry-sign.
Remember the Purple Whale? And the conventional poetry sign post?
Well, this goose caught my eye at Salvation Army as something that simply had to be upcycled into a poetry sign.
I wondered if the geese at Hart Park would make friends with my adopted goose so off we went, to see.
And the answer is?
The geese hated my goose.
They hissed and sneered and treated him as goose-non-grata.
The only birds that even got relatively close to the goose were the Coot, who have got to be the most happy go lucky water birds I know.
So - there you have it. When I am not walking a labyrinth or advocating for my son or creating art, I do zany experiments just for the heck of it.
