As often happens, Thom chooses three words in Three Word Wednesday to inspire our words and I find myself completely taken off guard by where the words go. This one... well. I hope it is as good for you as it was for me! ^giggling wink^
I write
this morning
as most mornings
flirt with meanings
charm myself
with this utterance
and sound feast
robust verbs and
poignant nouns grace
the tip of my pencil
to find their way home
to your mind your heart
your memory - you
Reader? There. On the
other side of this
Language Spell? Taste
our word banquet spread
wide on the language table
Let's clink our crystal
goblets together, resounding
sips and gulps of amber fluid
fully feeling it quenching
moving, rolling from your
lips to your tongue
down your throat
smile into my eyes,
drinking in your (word)
pleasure, delighting
in your quickening breath
charmed by your
robust, full throttle
enjoyment of these
letters I have laced
together especially
for you
this morning
ah the beauty and power of words. I love them.

I misread the third word as REBUS, which was quite a puzzle. I like what you wrote.

Now in doing that is not easy, I have not tried it before but you have inspired me. Well depicted and so beautifully expressed. Thanks for sharing x
