I have never
participated in one of the Alphabet challenges so I am delighted to start at
the very beginning… and somehow my poem seems to be matching that “very
beginning” theme.
Thank you, as
always, for the creators of these challenges. I look so forward to getting to
know you! This poem was prompted by the folks from ABC Wednesday.
A is for
Abundance:
The Flight
First, the
mindful inhale
Before the “Yes”
is
Whispered the
smalled
Splash, the
surrender
Of the penny
to the
Air – falling
Landing –
splashing
Leaving shadow
circles
Ripples widening
Deeper repeatable
Widening depths
of
Awareness,
sage, hope
All abundance
starts
With the
inhale
The surrender
The flight of
The penny
Wonderful! An inspiring first post here on our ABC Wednesday fun festival! So great to have you aboard! Looking forward to reading more of your words as the weeks fly by!

What a great description of the flight of a penny—and a creative explication of abundance. Evocative line: All abundance starts/ With the inhale.
