1. Emma's new doll, "Emerald Orchid"
2. Candles and soft music
3. Warm comforters
4. Portable DVD players so that I can watch
movies while cuddled under warm comforters and
have my precious children watch special scenes
with me like Natalie Portman in "Garden State"
acting just like Emma ten-years-from-now.
5. Fog and cleaner air
6. Sam's simple happiness about candyland and
his cars, and laughter about his apathy towards
gorgeous, award winning hand made doll from Nana,
AKA my mother!
7. Pancakes
8. Ponytail Holders, curling irons, hairspray
9. Julia Cameron
10. Pens, notebooks, pencils, morning pages
11. Sweat pants and sweat shirts
12. Plain spiral notebook Katherine gave me which
is now 100 Days of Gratitude! YES YES YES!
I am so grateful - what are YOU grateful for today?
I'm grateful for the sound of wrapping paper opening. I'm so grateful for Erin's reactions. A cheerful smile, and a hearty "that's what I've always wanted", when she sees what she has got. I'm grateful for family. I'm grateful that my mother-in-law is back from Africa. I'm grateful for JESUS!
