Today is August 22 and I am sooooo grateful.....

My morning walk with Hank and Buttercup - short but
plentiful in its intent... which felt very positive

Emma started school today - grateful for her ever
maturing attitude and enthusiasm towards learning

Sam's progress with using "the restroom"

My writing time yesterday while the children
were at church, I chose instead to spend time
with my keyboard and creativity and it was
splendid!

The two fiction books I finished this week: "The Miss
America Family" by Julianna Baggot and "The Red
Tent" by Anita Diamont - both fabulous!

The BCT awards last night - catching up with lots
of actors I have worked with in the past year, affirming
other board members and working my tail off - when
I thought I was only going to be there briefly
all for good..... yes, it is all good.

I am blessed, so very blessed...

And I am grateful...........

Today is August 21 and I am sooooo grateful.....

I am grateful for the "sacred ceremony"-feeling-aspect
of the "Laugh-In" cast party last night.... such fun, and
now, that chapter closes and we move on.....

I am grateful for Emma's sweetness - precious
early morning cuddling time with my daughter

I am grateful for Katherine's wisdom and strength

I am grateful for Sam, being so unabashedly himself
and I pray it continues

I am grateful to have spent more time with Alicia
last night and glad she enjoyed the haiku I wrote
in honor of her father's life

I am grateful for the quiet this morning, the chance
to be alone with Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Hank
and Buttercup

I am grateful I pulled "The Red Tent" off the shelf
and started reading! The timing is perfect!

I am grateful for the coffee maker and the luscious
scent it sends into the air

I am grateful for my cute new shoes from Payless -
they make me smile when I wear them

Today is August 19 and I am sooooo grateful -

I am grateful for the challenge of doing some different
parts in "Laugh-In" tonight and tomorrow because
:-( Maryallysan wil be missing.....

I am grateful for my creativity and willingness to
always try new stuff

I am grateful I make lemons out of lemonade

I am grateful I have been paying attention to my
sleeping dreams lately, as odd as they have been...

I am grateful for the friends I have made during

Today is August 17 and I am sooooo grateful -

I am grateful to be reading this book, "The Red
Tent".... my friend Alice gave it to me eons ago
and I never took the time to even open it, and
since I left "The Miss America Family" (the other
fiction I am reading) at my friend's house... I
grabbed this one off my shelf and it is great so
far - I read 50 pages in one quick sitting.

In keeping with my quirky goals, I am now
reviewer 784 at Amazon.com... LOL... next
stop, Top 500 Reviewer!

The cool breeze this morning as Katherine
and I went to fetch Buttercup, who had gotten
out - she came to me immediately when I drove
up to her in the van - its a strategy that worked
and I didn't once get edgy about it.

My restful, dream-filled sleep - I am intrigued by
the images which are showing up for me... telling,
interesting... opening

I had a blast grocery shopping with the girls yesterday.
It wasn't a chore, it was a treat - quite the shift

I am grateful my mother is so good with the sewing
machine - she is so excited about Sam's Christmas
doll (she has made each of my children and me a
lifesized doll... about the size of a four-year-old) and
she made Sam's already and is entering it in her
county fair. I never thought my parents would be
so excited about life that they would enter stuff in
the fair but they DO and they WIN... LOL. I love it!

The PM I received from a fellow community member
at PlanetSark's MMB - completely surprised and out
of the blue, affirming affirming affirming.

Attending Adela's Community Call - again, affirming,
affirming, affirming

"Fame" rehearsal last night and "True Tales" read
through - life is grand, abundant and filled with
blessings

Knowing my "Miracle on 34th St" script is on the
way so that I can start making plans and playing
attention to Miracles even more than usual - with
my initial intent being for each cast/crew member
to experience miracles, large and small, throughout
the rehearsal and performance process.....

Life is grand and glorious - I am blessed.
