My red Dodge Caravan was meandering down the road with a tired version of me sitting at the wheel. It was a rare moment as I took a slight reprieve from my hectic schedule. Emma sat next to me, a contented smile on her face.
“So, Mom – what is the game plan for today?” she asked.
“Game plan?” I responded, glancing at my eight-year-old from the corner of my eyes. It felt like turning my head completely would be too much of an effort.

It makes sense that Emma would want a “Day Off Game Plan” as well.
“Here’s the game plan, Emma. Relax. Relax. And then, we are going to relax.”
Emma smiled and sat back in her seat. “Perfect!”
