TICKS OF THE CLICKER
You and I and Him and Her
and those two, over there -
frantic with their blackberries
and their old school daytimers
sweaty brows over filled
calendars and the whos
and whats and wheres
that are so bawdy and loud
so vehemently persuasive
in their insistence:
You who have the most full
calendar of stuff is hereby
deemed "King and Queen
of the Highest Importance"!
I have come to wonder
and am continuing the
wondering:
are the riches found in
the list of "stuff to do"
and "ticks on my
clicker"? or....
