We had an earthquake in Bakersfield yesterday, or maybe - Monday? You may sense it was anti-climactic for me. I didn't even feel it. I know to many experiencing their first quake, it can be more than a little bit unsettling.
When I saw this week's 3 Words for Three Word Wednesday, there was no doubt what my subject would be. For extra fun (and challenge) I chose to use the Cinquain form.
This week's words:
fragile, rampant, tremor
My poem in response:
Earthquake
Tremor
Nervous ruffling
Stand in the door frame, now!
Fragile thoughts run rampant through her
Shiver

Love your use of the prompt. Nice 3ww. Love and Light, Sender

Isn't a cinquain a kind of Pokémon? No wait, that's a Cyndaquil! (I know WAY too many Pokémon names thanks to my son)
I may have to give that 3WW challenge a try.
I remember having a mild earthquake in Michigan recently. I felt it but I didn't know what it was at the time. I also noticed it because some of our glasses rattled a little.

Hailing from Santa Cruz, I know all too well about the quakes here. Great use of the prompt and a great offering!
