This is my first Sunday 160 of September. Last week I wrote
a poem while waiting in Airport Limbo at LAX. Seems like forever ago.

SILENCED
Midsentence, my words pause to
inhale -She turns & takes her plate
He leaves to lift his spatula
My cup fills with
embarrassed self
consciousness: silence

Silenced,
what a sizzling title in my eyes.
your 160 is masterfully written,
love the animated word flow.

That's one of those natural pauses that people tend to blurt the worst things into.
