Old
craggy branch friends
Made
into piles of wood chips
I
sit, atop them
Remember
solace found here
Whose
thought was this mindless one?
At home, insects buzz
Whose
thought was this mindless one?
Remember solace found here
I
sit, atop them
Made
into piles of wood chips
Old craggy branch friends

Hi Julie, thanks for posting this to The NaiSaiKu Challenge I love the line, 'old craggy branch friends'
btw, NaiSaiKu is spelt with an extra I (Naisaku means something very different).

Sad to see the countryside disappearing.
